Partner Logo -> ASAP
Please send us logo as a vector file (.ai, .pdf). Partner logo is being used extensively in conference communication, in alignment of the logo usage rules. It is also a visible component in the stage design.
Partner Intro Text -> ASAP
At the conference webpage and at the conference book there is an introduction text about each partner. Partner is kindly asked to provide this text to the organiser. Text should not exceed 50 words in English.
Consultation Point Screen Materials -> 12.05
Consultation Point features a LCD-screen that partner representatives can use for .ppt presentations, demos, showing a video ad or a corporate movie (without sound, subtitles recommended) or other visual materials that enforce the messages of the partner. It will be on the LCD screen all day long. Partner is expected to produce such a material or provide an organiser with already existing material. The material should have the screen ratio of 16:9 and following formats are preferred: .ppt; .mov; .mpeg; .jpg.
Consultation Point Table Design -> 12.05
For each partner organiser produces a physical consultation point - a high table (h=110cm, d=70cm) equipped with the branded PVC cover. Partner is expected to provide the design for the PVC-cover in size of 2000mm X 1100mm as a PDF file. In designing the cover please note that cover will be bended around the table and fastened at the back with ca 100mm overlap.
Partner Participants -> 15.05
Package entitles up to four partner participants, including the people working at the consultation point. Please send your participants list in the following format: name, surname, organisation full name (as will appear on the badge).
Invitees -> 30.04
Partner has the right to influence the target group by sending an invitee list or add entries to provided database. Entries can contain clients and prospects but not organisations that compete with other partners. Additional entries are welcome throughout the event preparation period.
Ad in Forum Book -> 05.05
Organiser produces a conference book that contains articles or interviews with the speakers. Each partner is offered one page of A5 advertisement in the book. Technical terms of the ads are as follows:
• A5 Portrait, 148mm X 210mm, 5mm bleed
• 4/4 colours, PDF fail
